Dr. Mash is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Dermasurgeon and a member of many National and International organizations. She received her medical degree from Temple University and has studied internationally to learn advanced techniques. She has been a speaker at national society meetings and has been published in numerous medical journals. Dr. Mash performs a wide variety of services for the face, neck, and body. Her approach is to carefully understand her patient's concerns and goals, to inform and empower patients to make sound decisions, and to arrive at an individualized plan to meet their goals mutually.

Dr. Mash's daughter, Maria Fudala RN, PA-C, joined the practice first as a nurse and presently as Physician Assistant. She received her degrees at Arcadia and Villanova Universities. Maria is a skilled and knowledgeable provider of cosmetic dermatology. Maria is an established practitioner with a strong and highly respected medical and cosmetic dermatology reputation. Both National & International experts have trained her, and she continues seeking the most innovative techniques to treat her patients. Maria is described as having an artistic eye. She believes all individuals are uniquely beautiful and strives to enhance each individual's unique attributes through aesthetic medicine.

We’re thrilled to welcome Nicole Infantado to the Mash MD team!

Nicole is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. What makes her joining our practice especially exciting is that this isn’t a new relationship—we’ve had the privilege of learning from and working with Nicole for more than 15 years. As a nationally recognized Galderma trainer, she has taught advanced injection techniques and facial anatomy to providers across the country, including our own team. Having her in our office caring for patients is truly something special.

Nicole is known for her gentle approach, artistic eye, and ability to create beautiful, natural-looking results. She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance your unique features—not change them. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully customized with a focus on facial balance, harmony, and helping you look like the best version of yourself.

In addition to treating patients, Nicole continues to serve as a national educator and trainer for Galderma, where she teaches advanced facial anatomy, safe injection techniques, complication management, and the science behind today’s leading aesthetic products. She also provides one-on-one training and mentors other injectors, helping elevate the standard of care throughout the aesthetic industry.

Lauren has been deeply passionate about facial artistry for over 15 years. She started her journey as a professional makeup artist after graduating from MakeUp Designory in Burbank, CA. Building on that foundation, she became a medical aesthetician before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Gwynedd Mercy University. Currently, she is advancing her career by working towards becoming a nurse practitioner at Thomas Jefferson University.

Lauren specializes in creating natural, balanced enhancements that respect the intricacies of facial anatomy. Her dedication to education is unwavering, as she continually hones her skills through ongoing training with some of the industry's most esteemed leaders. Committed to understanding and fulfilling her patients' aesthetic goals, Lauren focuses on enhancing their confidence while adhering to safe injection techniques, ensuring beautiful and harmonious results.

Alina Vitorsky is a registered nurse with over 12 years of experience. Having a background in makeup artistry, she has always had a passion for beauty cosmetics and aesthetics. As a member of the Mash MD team, Alina is confident in her abilities to make her patients look and feel their best. She personalizes each experience using exceptional diagnostic and technical skills in all minimally invasive cosmetic care phases.

Hallie Fonock, a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, has worked in Dermatology for 19 years. She has an extensive background working with lasers, advanced training in Ultherapy, Morpheus 8, and many other medical-grade procedures. Her attention to detail, thoroughness, and ability to make her clients feel at ease ensure the best possible treatment and results. She is passionate about skincare and will stop at nothing until your skin glows! Her energy is always positive, and we are lucky to have her on the Mash MD team.
