Shipping & Returns

Purchases over $50 within the contiguous United States will be shipped FREE. For our customers outside the contiguous 48 states, we will give notice of the specific cost to ship your items via U.S. Priority mail, and will ask you to authorize these charges through a simple PayPal process. There will be a $10 service fee for orders placed via telephone. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item to Dr. Mash for a refund minus shipping costs. However, some restrictions will apply. If the error is ours, your shipping costs will be totally refunded if you follow the return instructions below.

1.Contact a Customer Service Representative at www.drmarlenemash.com or call 484-351-8268 and request a return authorization number and instructions on what to do.

2.We will not accept deliveries without a RA number for security and processing reasons. You will also need to return the products via some mechanism that requires some sort of delivery confirmation. Use the least expensive method with proof of mailing since you will not be refunded for the shipping return costs.

3.Refunds will not be applied to invoices that are more than 30 days old or products that are over 20% used. It is the customer's responsibility to provide postage for the return or exchange of products. No credit will be given until we receive the products. The products must be returned in their original packaging or refund will not be given. If the product was shipped with a rebate form and the upc label is missing, refund will be minus the rebate amount.

4.We will not accept a return for any product for a makeup product because it turned out not to be a good color or texture for you.

SPECIAL NOTE: Returns because of defective products or those not suitable for use, will also require a RA number by contacting customer service. For reasons of product defect and/or product unsuitability of use, Dr. Mash will refund shipping costs. If the product ordered does not match the item received, Dr. Mash will exchange the product and refund the shipping costs for the returned product.

Dr. Marlene Mash is not responsible for items lost in the mail. Therefore please obtain a receipt for mailing your purchase to us.
