Dr. Mash GIFT CERTIFICATES can be redeemed for products or services, in-office or from the MJM ONLINE CATALOG (When using a certificate to purchase online products, your cc will be credited with amount deducted from certificate value. ). Certificates are available in denominations of $25 to $3,000.

Dr. Mash GIFT CERTIFICATES expire one year after purchase. Select the event, and we will email you the event-appropriate certificate ready for printing.
If recipient wants to redeem the certificate for in-office services, he/she must call the office (1-610-277-2663) to make an appointment.
If the recipient wants to redeem this certificate for products from the MJM ONLINE STORE, he/she must either phone CUSTOMER SERVICE or send EMAIL customerservice@drmarlenemash.com and
include phone no., amount of sale, amount of certificate, and the CERTIFICATE NO. Please note: There are no refunds for certificates after 7 days.
